Trading Composure Inc. maintains this website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its clients, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Trading Composure Inc. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.

‍1. Purpose of the Site

This Site (tradingcomposure.com) and its other domain appellations— tradingpsychologyeducation.com, tradingpsychology.market, tradingpsychology.academy, tradingmeditations.com, psychologymeditation.com, mindfulnessfortraders.com, mindfulness.market, meditationsfortraders.com amongst others—are owned and operated by Trading Composure Inc.

This Site is for educational purposes only and the content does not constitute trading advice, investment advice, financial advice, health advice, or even life advice.

2. Use of the Site

Trading Composure Inc. provides various materials, information, quizzes, articles, videos and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). Trading Composure Inc. authorizes each User to view and in some cases download one copy of the Materials. Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.

3. Products/ Services

Users who pays for any products and/or services offered by Trading Composure Inc. agrees that Trading Composure Inc. has not made any promise, guarantee, or other representation with respect to the Client’s future incomes or gains resulting from the provision of the Product and/or Service, and that the Client has not been induced to enter the Contract as a result of any alleged promise, guarantee or representation.

Markets are uncertain and trading involves substantial financial risk. Trading Composure Inc. will not be held responsible for the Client's losses. The Client's trading is their responsibility―they are responsible for all the risks they take in the market and the losses they encounter, and they should not trade unless they fully understand the nature of the transactions they are entering into and the extent of their exposure to losses.

4. Refunds

All sales are final.

i.) Paid Digital courses:

Because Trading Composure Inc.’s courses are digital products, it leaves a lot of room for piracy and theft; hence, there are no refunds. Users have 3 days to reach out to us by email (info@tradingcomposure.com) after purchase if they encounter any problems with any of our course products. Refunds will only be awarded to Users with a technical problem with the product on our end that prevents them from accessing it, if said problem can’t be resolved. By purchasing any of our course products Users agree to the above guidelines.

ii.) Coaching Program:

Trading Composure Inc. takes pride in providing high-quality coaching and support to help Clients succeed in their trading journey. Our coaching program includes valuable video lessons and guidance and accountability that are tailored to Clients' unique needs. Due to the nature of the service we offer and the amount of time and energy we invests in each client, we do not offer refunds.

Additionally, the coaching program includes exclusive video lessons and offering refunds creates a risk of piracy and theft, which can harm both our business and clients. Therefore, we ask that you carefully consider your decision to enroll in our program before making your purchase.

5. Termination of Enrollment

From the date clients enroll in Trading Composure Inc.'s courses or coaching program, any behavior displayed by a Client that Trading Composure Inc. deems as disruptive, disrespectful, threatening, abusive or untenable in anyway (to the sole discretion of Trading Composure Inc.), either in person, via email, via social media or any other forms of means of communication, either directed at Trading Composure Inc., Trading Composure Inc.'s other clients, Trading Composure Inc.'s team members or associates, may result in the client being denied access to all aspects of the Products and/or Services, including but not limited to online support, chat groups, live events or coaching calls. All remaining fees would remain payable and any monies for the Products and/or Services will be non-refundable.

6. Geographic Location

If you, as a User, purchase Materials from this Site or Trading Composure Inc. while outside of Canada, you may not use or access the materials while in Canada.

7. Trademark and Copyright

Trading Composure Inc. and certain other brands, trademarks, and service marks are marks of Trading Composure Inc. and its affiliates. The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorized use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. Trading Composure Inc. has not reviewed all of these external websites, does not control, and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.

The Materials provided at this site are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
